  1. How to register for RT14 and / or GA13?
    Participants may register online to attend both RT14 as well as GA13. Please ensure that you use your RSPO Membership Code(s) to enjoy the Member Rates made available only to RSPO Members.
  2. The website seems to be lacking information. Why is that and when will it be available?
    This website is to provide as much general information as possible i.e. dates, venue, programme outline, fees, sponsorship, exhibition etc.

    Further details, especially pertaining to the programme, speakers, etc. will be updated in stages as we progress on the organizing aspects of the meeting.

  4. How do I / we pay for the RT14 registration fees?
    Participants can make payment using the following methods:
    1. Bank Draft
    2. Telegraphic Transfer
      (Full payment must be received by the RSPO Secretariat to confirm registration)
    3. Credit Card
      (Credit card payments are charged using a secured payment gateway: iPay88.com)
    4. Company Cheque
      Payment via company cheque is only available for Malaysian companies that are making payment in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Kindly contact us at rt@rspo.org for further information on RT14 conference rates in MYR.
  5. Can I / we pay for the RT14 fees as a walk-in participant?
    Yes, you can. However, for logistics and convenience purpose, we would advise you to pre-register online through the RT14 website. You may do so at http://www.rt14.rspo.org/r/reg.php
  6. How can I become a sponsor for RT14?

  7. How do I become an exhibitor at RT14?

  8. Do I require a visa to enter Thailand?
    A foreign citizen who wishes to enter the Kingdom of Thailand is required to obtain a visa from a Royal Thai Embassy or a Royal Thai Consulate-General.

    The RT14 will be held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok Thailand. RSPO has arranged special rates for the participants of the RT14 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok Thailand and other participating hotels. Rooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis so participants are encouraged to book your rooms early to avoid disappointment.

  10. How do I make hotel reservations?
    RSPO has arranged for special rates for the participants of RT14 at the Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur and other participating hotels.

    Participants are encouraged to book your rooms early to ensure availability.
